WBM schedules routine monitoring and provides notification to clients in advance of due dates so that we can deliver on time. Our routine monitoring service covers mineral and waste related sites across the UK and is undertaken in accordance with noise monitoring schemes and planning consent conditions.
On the architectural acoustic side, WBM offers a wide range of testing services. We are registered with the ANC Registration Scheme to carry out Approved Document E 2003 pre-completion sound insulation testing for residential properties. We provide a comprehensive service, beginning with the issue of a pre-test site readiness questionnaire to your site and can liaise with Building Control as required.
In addition to residential premises, we also carry out shell testing and pre and post-completion acoustic compliance testing in educational, health, leisure and many other non-residential developments to demonstrate compliance with for example BB93, BREEAM and other contractual requirements.
