Vibration assessments including vibration measurement and analysis can be carried out as part of a wider acoustical service. WBM are able to measure vibration levels against client specifications or against structural damage risk and human response criteria. For most of the environmental assessments that WBM carry out, vibration is rarely a significant issue. It is unusual for site plant to generate vibration that is perceptible beyond the site boundaries at vibration sensitive properties. In those cases where vibration is significant WBM can advise on criteria and control. Examples of vibration assessments are: impact piling at Canary Wharf in Docklands and at other sites in London, road construction near to residential housing and other sensitive structures, and the measurement of vibrating plant.

Other services include noise at work regulations assessments and other non domestic issues, such as entertainment licence applications and HGV operators licence applications. Assessments are carried out in accordance with Noise at Work Regulations 1989 and the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005. Some examples are Noise at Work Regulation 1989 assessments pursuant to 4(1) part (a) & (b) for a brewing and canning plant, at quarries, for a major credit card company and at a paper processing plant.
